Pack a picnic with boat hire

The Noosa River is a fantastic system to explore with boat hire, kayak hire or stand up paddle hire. With plenty of beaches to pull up on, and areas to explore its a perfect way to get a different perspective of Noosa.

Where should I stop for food?

Plan a fabulous way to enjoy the River by taking a picnic. We are happy to provide an esky so stop at a local eatery prior to departure. So bring along some delicious snacks or local seafood. Noosa Seafood Market is located in Noosa Junction only a short drive or around a 10~15 minute walk from Hastings Street. Feel like some fresh salads try Nosh Express just minutes walk from us. Lover of cheese then head down to the Milk Bar that stocks local cheeses from Kenilworth with some Italian meats.

Where can I go?

Our website has some great suggestions with our “What can I do” section. This can give you ideas on how long you might like to hire a boat for and also some great ideas on what you can do for your time. “Places of interest” highlights some of the popular areas to visit whilst out on a boat or kayak giving you some visuals on areas you would like to travel.

Boat hire and kayak hire can explore different areas

Boat hire and kayak hire can explore different regions on the Noosa River. Boats can travel further up the main channel and head into the more rural and quieter reaches of the upper river. Also popular is heading out the the Noosa River Mouth area for a swim, it also an ideal spot for a picnic. With kayaks why not head into the depths of the Noosa Biosphere. Waters are too shallow for boats which make a great destination. Paddle down to enjoy the tranquil waters of Weyba Creek or Lake Weyba.

With so many options and ways to have a fantastic day on the water what will you decide!
