Do I need a boat licence to hire a boat?

Don’t have a boat licence? No problem, our team will provide a safety briefing in addition to providing a map and going through the controls of the boat. We want to ensure you have a fun and safe day out on the water!

What can I do on a boat hire?

Noosa River has a huge range of activities such as fishing, swimming, stopping for lunch or a picnic and even playgrounds for any little sailors that get cabin fever. For a little more detail check out our what can I do section for more information.

Should I book in?

What is included?

We have a detailed map that provides ideas on what you can do for your time with places to stop for food, spots for swimming and beaching your boat. Instruction on the controls of the boat, safety gear and operation is also included. Fuel, fishing gear and an esky is also available by asking a team member prior to departure. Our “Sweetwater” pontoon boat also comes with a BBQ (minimum 3 hour hire for barbequing) for those wanting to spend longer on the water to enjoy some lunch to quell any mutinies for hungry deckhands.
