The Noosa River and Biosphere Reserve is an extensive waterway with an abundance of Flora & Fauna. It covers luxury homes with price tags in excess of 20 million dollars. Noosa River also has a network of mangroves in the depths providing a serene experience. But where can I go with kayak hire in Noosa?
Where can I go? Kayak Hire in Noosa
In terms of paddle duration you can spend days paddling the waterways. Popular locations to paddle to include Weyba Creek and Lake Weyba which takes between 2~4 hours. Due to this area being shallow it is less frequented by boats giving paddlers a tranquil and relaxed paddle. If crystal clear waters and swimming is more your style you can paddle out to the River Mouth. It’s littered with sandbanks to pull up on and watch the world go by and is fantastic for swimming.
If you plan on going for longer than 2 hours why not stop for some lunch. Being a coastal town we have a large selection of fish and chip locations and is the perfect way to fuel up whilst out paddling. If you would prefer to sit down there is plentiful cafes and restaurants to also grab some food.
